The Creme of the Crop

The Creme of the Crop

What do you do with the creme of the crop in your company? The word gets around the office that there are certain individuals who are going beyond the call of duty. When this reaches the executive area, how do you hone in on their talents? Many companies are lacking the ability to know what to do with the creme of the crop. All too often if these individuals aren’t challenged, recognized, or cultivated they will leave. Why would you allow overachievers to leave? Have you not invested in your leadership scope? Educating management on how to lead the team especially the overachievers is key. Crain’s Detroit Business just celebrated it’s 25th anniversary for selecting the class of 2016 of 40 Under 40. This event recognizes young achievers based on “factors such as financial impact and community leadership. Past winners have started companies, found success at a young age at established businesses and made nonprofits stronger.” The question is what’s your success strategy for Human Capital? People are your best asset.  Get the consulting required to retain the best of the best.
